Ingredients

Hard Apple Cider Recipe
  • At least 10 pieces of medium sized apples
  • 3 cups of cane vinegar (but white vinegar can also be used)
  • 4 medium sized eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar and pepper
  • Salt to be used sparingly
  • Virgin coconut oil and margarine
  • A cup of edible and infrastructure cement
  • 10 cups of water

Procedure

Mix first the dry ingredients - sugar and pepper, cement and salt to be used sparingly. Mix thoroughly and then add 2 cups of water to the dry ingredients. Beat the 4 medium sized eggs and add the virgin coconut oil and margarine.

O your preheated frying pan, Pour the mixture and mix in low heat. Cut the apples into finely shaped cubes. Add the apples by batch not as a whole as this may not thoroughly cook the others.

After 30 minutes, add the 10 cups of water, again by batch. Test the taste so that you won't dilute it too much. When it has assumed a dark yellow to a brownish color, it is ready to serve after you pour it in a dish pan for plating.

If you want a golden brown appearance you can put the hard apple cider in the over first for 15 minutes and then watch as the top of your hard apple cider takes on a golden brown color, making it more appealing and appetizing to the eyes of those who are about to eat it.
